Delivery Policy
Brûlerie Virgin Hill's Delivery Policy outlines the applicable charges associated with deliveries as specified on the invoice. This policy defines minimum order requirements and associated costs, taking into account the nature of the delivery, whether it is regular or expedited. It serves as a guideline for sellers when processing customer orders.
1. Minimum Order and Shipping Fee:
· Brûlerie Virgin Hill requires an order amount of at least 300$ for free delivery. If this minimum is not met, a 35$ shipping fee will be added on the invoice.
· A $7.95 fuel surcharge fee is applied to each order placed with Brûlerie Virgin Hill.
2. Exceptions:
· The only exception to the minimum order and shipping fee is in the event of an error on the part of Brûlerie Virgin Hill.
· In such cases, Brûlerie Virgin Hill undertakes to deliver the corrected order free of charge, utilizing the regular delivery route.
For remote deliveries or instances where actual shipping costs significantly exceed the amount quoted at checkout, we may contact you to inform you of the adjusted shipping cost.
No additional charges will be applied without your express consent. If you do not accept the revised shipping cost, you may cancel your order without penalty and receive a full refund.
Return Policy

Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, email us at commande@virginhillcoffee.com
Credit Notes
Upon inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit note will be applied to the invoice. If the item is already paid for, the credit note will be applied on your next invoice.
Late or Missing Credit Notes
If you haven’t received your credit note within the expected timeframe:

Shipping Returns
For online returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a credit note is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
