Business Agreement

By checking the box, the applicant confirms that they meet the criteria of Brûlerie Virgin Hill and agree to the payment terms. A credit fee of 1.5% per month (18% annual interest rate) will apply to any outstanding balance. All goods sold by Brûlerie Virgin Hill remain the property of Brûlerie Virgin Hill until full payment is received.

Any cheque returned by the financial institution for non-compensation of underfunding, unreleased funds, default, or other reason will incur a fee of forty dollars ($40). An uncleared cheque will automatically cause the loss of established credit and future orders will be payable in cash on delivery (COD).

For each delivery made with a minimum of $200, a fuel surcharge of $7.95 will be charged to you. Rates are subject to change without notice.

For deliveries that must be made by independent transport a minimum of 600$, a fuel surcharge of $7.95 will be charged to you. Rates are subject to change without notice.
